Organic Food Reviews is a site about organic food production and consumption.  Public iterest in organic, natural, and “eco” products has grown considerably in the past few years. At the same time, there is a great deal of confusion and uncertainty about the benefits and quality of the products on the market. How do you know what is really natural? What guarantee do you have that the product contains only organic ingredients?  What is the role of the FDA in regulating these products? How do you calculate the cost-benefit ratio of organic products, which are often much more expensive that conventional ones?  What is the food industry doing to adapt to the new trend and what kinds of pressure are they putting on the government to relax the regulations on organic products? We will discuss all of these questions and much more.
